1 pkg instant original oatmeal
14 grams of protein powder (I use Veggie Protein – slightly more than 1/2 scoop)
1/2 cup boiling water (or more depending on consistency you prefer)
dash of salt
2 tsp of crushed nuts (I use walnut, pecan and almond mixture w cinnamon)
Combine first 4 ingredients and stir to mix. Add blueberries and nuts and serve.
