Reality check
Ahh, this is one of my favorite things to do; chilling out with not a care in the world! Wouldn’t it be great to capture this feeling in a bottle and use it whenever needed?
In reality, though, we are forced to be around other people. Relating to others seems to be a constant in our lives.
Relationships are the single most important thing we do. I believe we are put on this earth to commune with others. That communing is a delicate balance because we don’t always get along with others, nor do we often share the same values.
Surrounding yourself with strong, healthy relationships is paramount to having a happy, balanced life. These types of relationships improve your health, your happiness and your connection with others. Bad or strained relationships are emotionally and physically draining.
