This is one of my favorite movies! Favorite scene: when Vivian goes back and tells the shopkeeper that snubbed her that she made a “big mistake!” Saddest quote: she says to Edward, “people put you down enough, you start to believe it…the bad stuff is easier to believe.” Building confidence and understanding relationships are a real challenge.
