Tuna & Egg Salad

2 handfuls of mixed greens (I used baby spinach and rocket leaves)
1/4 cup bell pepper, red & green, sliced
1/8 cup cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup tomato, chopped
1 egg, cooked (boiled or microwaved), chopped
1 can (85 g or 3 oz) cracked pepper & lemon flavored tuna
1 slice of sourdough bread or otherwise, toasted and lightly buttered
2 tsp vinaigrette dressing

Approx. serving: 20g Protein, 30g Carbs, 19g Fat Yield: 3 Blocks
