Started my morning with my favorite thirty40thirty-balanced oatmeal. Keeps me alert, focused, energized and satisfied for the next 4 hours!

Instant Oatmeal with Blueberries and Nuts

1 pkg instant original oatmeal
14 grams of protein powder (I use Veggie Protein – slightly more than 1/2 scoop)
1/2 cup boiling water (or more depending on consistency you prefer)
dash of salt
8-10 blueberries
2 tsp of crushed nuts (I use walnut, pecan and almond mixture w cinnamon)

Combine first 4 ingredients and stir to mix. Add blueberries and nuts and serve.
