Starbucks for Breakfast

An early trip to the airport this morning meant little time for breakfast. Starbucks drive thru to the rescue! I got a spinach & feta breakfast wrap (w cage free egg whites) which was a perfect 3 block thirty40thirty meal. Add a tall trim latte (no sugar) to make a 4 block meal or have a flavored Tazo tea (no sugar) to keep it a 3 block meal. Great, easy way to start your day! 290 cal., 19g P, 27g (net)C, 10g F, 6g Fiber
