Healthy deli lunch

Make a wholesome and delicious sandwich with Pepperidge Farms deli flats or Nature's Own or even the store brand sandwich round bread.  They contain only 18 grams of net carbs (carb - fiber content).  Keep it thirty40thirty balanced with 4.5 ounces of Oscar Mayer smoked turkey and a slice of Kraft low fat cheese, mayo and salad fixings, 6-7 chips and 1/2 cup of grapes.  This provides a perfect 4 block lunch.  Need a little less? Eat it topless (one less bread half) and 3 oz of turkey instead!
