Combat Free Radicals with Colorful Food

Combat those free radicals with lots of colorful low glycemic carbohydrates!  I love eating this way because it's delicious, it's so good for me and it looks amazing to have all those colors bursting out ready for me to EAT! The chemical found naturally in the color of the plant food is a powerful antioxidant called polyphenols.  So powerful in that they neutralize free radicals in their molecular content so they won't rob other healthy cells and cause further damage.  We need to continually consume these colorful veggies and fruits daily to slow down the aging process and stay looking and feeling young!
