10 Foods I Eat Everyday are:

NUTS, WATER, OLIVE OIL, PROTEIN POWDER, CHOCOLATE (70% cacao or higher), MILK, SALAD, PROTEIN BAR, FRUIT (at least 1 serving) and COLORFUL VEGETABLES (at least 4-5 servings).  I've put my pantry stock items on this blog under Nutrition.  Keeping the pantry stocked with healthy foods means less chance you'll grab junk food!
